Based in the heart of Norfolk, The Fire Pit Camp is becoming a well-known boutique glamping site and offers a range of festival style, outdoor and rustic weddings.
Fully licensed to host marriages, civil ceremonies and civil partnerships, the campsite also has off-grid, handmade glamping structures such as The Wren’s Nest which is made entirely out of locally coppiced hazel and a new triangle, timber hut, inspired by their new identity and logo created by Norwich designers Bobby & Fiona Burrage of The Click & The Nor_Folk with local artist Owen Mathers.
The Fire Pit Camp offers different wedding packages from simple day hire to a full three day camp take-over. For 2020, the business aims to focus on becoming an eco venue with low-impact but sensational weddings.
Sarah Hughes-Wade and Rachel Hughes-Green, run the camp site with other family members: “We’ve noticed a real trend with couples wanting beautifully rustic and boho styled outdoor ceremonies, with a focus on wellness and being eco-friendly, it’s great to be able to get really creative and offer them a space with so many different elements such as the bus and warehouse, and of course The Wren’s Nest which makes for a truly stunning bridal suite.”More information »
