The royal wedding is just around the corner and the debate as to what the day will entail is heating up.
Beyond the cake, the date, and the location, the details of the wedding day have been kept a tight-lipped secret, but that doesn’t stop us from dreaming about it. Weddingly, a new, innovative and inspirational planning platform, has teamed up with a variety of its talented vendors to create a vision of what they think Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have up their sleeves.
The dress
Easily the most hotly anticipated outfit of the decade, everyone is waiting to see what this style icon chooses for her defining moment. This simply stunning dress from Alan Hannah could be just the ticket. With detail harking back to her Ralph and Russo engagement gown, this blend of soft sheer fabric with billowing tulle, in a champagne palette, offers a stylish modern twist on a classic princess look.
Still obsessing over volume, this showstopping gown from Suzanne Neville offers a crisp, structured alternative to a modern day princess in the making.
Meghan loves a more form fitting silhouette, therefore there’s every chance she could opt for something a little more sleek. This beaded dress from Eliza Jane Howell oozes Gatsby glamour and stylish sophistication.
Or what about something in between? This pretty A-line sleeveless Sassi Holford gown is covered with an embroidered flower overlay. Echoing the detail that went into Kate Middleton’s Alexander McQueen dress, there's no doubt that Meghan’s will have the same level of intricacy.
The accessories
When it comes to royal accessories, it's all about the tiara. The Queen can choose to lend a tiara to Meghan to wear on the day, if she so wishes. But if a tiara is off the table, what would Meghan wear instead? A gorgeous hair comb or hair vine? Or - if she dares to push royal boundaries - a flower crown?

The suit
Rumours are flying around that Harry is going to swap his military attire for something a little more relaxed. Perhaps he’ll don a tux? Unlikely. However, a classic British tweed or a stylish grey suit fit for a prince could easily be the ensemble of choice.

The flowers
We all know that Meghan loves a peony, but what about the rest of the bouquet? Perhaps she’ll let her relaxed, playful side show with a bouquet that is as wild as it is pretty. Or maybe she’ll opt to keep it simple and classic.

The table styling
Behind closed gates, with us mere mortals desperate to catch a glimpse, this is where the couple can have a little fun and let their personalities shine. We envisage that they’ll bring their families and cultures together in a blend of vibrant summer hues, a real celebration bursting with colour and life. But then again, we know Megan loves a classic, timeless aesthetic so this clean, elegant look steals our hearts just as much.
Whatever they choose, it will be a spectacular affair. As the public wait with bated breath and eager squeals, it’s sure to be a day to remember.
