Heading to a wedding this season? Stay on trend with these stylish guest outfit ideas

Congratulations card, present, face mask? Check! The last thing may not be what you thought you would have to bring to a wedding in 2020, however, as covid measures continue to be inforced for big day celebrations, it's improtant to keep yourself and other safe.

However, having to wear a face mask doesn't mean you can't be the best dressed guest for the big day.

Here are the top autumn / winter trends available on the high street right now:

Dark Florals

Florals are not just for spring. The deeper rustic and earthy tones of autumn fallen leaves and warm florals often revisit collections on dresses and blouses. Style with a block colour clutch bag and classic pointed court shoes.

Statement Skirts

Stand out with a colourful or texturized statement skirt. From bright colours, flowing silhouettes or edgy leather - make sure you pair your skirt with a black or white top and let the skirt do the talking.

Party Animal

Animal prints are back, but get that thought of gawdy bright orange and black leopard print out of your mind. More collections are using muted animal prints, cooler tones and shimmering metalics for a high-fashion party look.

Edgy Jumpsuits

To avoid feeling chilly during winter celebrations, go for a stylish jumpsuit. Keep seasonal with burgandy, emerald greens and deep navy colours. For a formal affair, choose a black tailored suit, and for casual celebrations pick a fun colour or pattern.
