This autumn sees the return of Bride: The Wedding Show at Westpoint Arena, Exeter. Take a look at the most mouthwatering dishes from catering companies exhibiting at the event

Pickle Shack, Stand number: 528
This pressed chicken terrine with broad bean and pea shoot salad makes a fabulous starter for a summer wedding. The pressed chicken terrine provides a substantial start to your the wedding breakfast, while the beautiful colours of the broad beans, pea shoots and edible flowers keep it feeling summery, light and delicate. For vegetarian guests, Pickle Shack would simply replace the chicken terrine with a pressed vegetable terrine such as their signature ‘pressed carrot terrine’.
Posh Nosh, Stand number: 514
This salad of smoked salmon, crab and avocado is one of Posh Nosh's most popular starters. Guests see the whole tomato and wonder where the crab and smoked salmon are, it is not until they cut into the tomato that all is revealed. The tomato sits on the avocado mayonnaise with mini balls of avocado and fresh micro herbs; a light and refreshing tasty dish, perfect as the start to a summer wedding menu.

Artisan ice-cream makers The Cowlick Creamery bring their mouthwatering ice-cream flavours to Westpoint, including this creamy vanilla concoction. The Cowlick Creamery are also specialists in alcoholic sorbets and design unique flavours to wow wedding guests.
Caroline White Caterer, Stand number: 626
Locally sourced where possible, Caroline White Catering offers diverse sweet and savoury seasonal produce. These smoked salmon and cream cheese blinis and tomato, mozarella and basil salad provide a sumptuous taste of what to expect from the main menu.
Saute & Spice, Stand number: 915
Saute & Spice, in collaboration with Sayers Catering, are one of the South West England's leading independent caterers. High quality, locally sourced produce is key to their delectable dishes, including this colourful mediterraanean platter comprising roasted vegetables, fresh meats, olives, feta and seafood.

Established by Pamela Sweetland, Sweetlands Country Fare offers professionalism and passion in all their wedding day dishes. Sweetlands Special Recipe Turkey Pie is a firm favourite among local customers, while these summer berry meringues are the perfect accompaniment to a wedding dessert table.
