Have the wedding ceremony you always dreamed of by opting for a celebrant-led ceremony. While not legally binding, so you will have to conduct the legalities beforehand, a celebrant ceremony can be a much more personal reflection of you as a couple. With a celebrant-led ceremony you are not restricted to tradition, formality nor venue or location, allowing you to have a bespoke service surrounded by your nearest and dearest.

Take a look at these celebrants based in the South West of England and Surrey who can bring the vision you have for your wedding ceremony to life.

Isla Macleod (covers South West)

A wedding is the one occasion where we all gather together to celebrate love. By choosing a celebrant to help create your ceremony, you are able to capture what makes your love story unique and express your personalities, interests and beliefs in a way that reflects you as a couple in an authentic way. It is an invitation to create a new kind of wedding ceremony; one that celebrates who you are and what you hope to become together, something bespoke and bold, memorable and magical.

Isla Macleod is a celebrant who is passionate about honouring what is sacred in our lives and creating ceremonies that have a depth of meaning, intimacy and genuine warmth. By taking you on a carefully designed journey of visioning, conversations and planning, Isla will help guide you to the heart of your love story to inspire a truly special wedding ceremony.

Impressive Ceremonies (covers Surrey)

Creating stress-free weddings is Barny Harrison of Impressive Ceremonies' speciality. From small informal ceremonies to large, traditional style services, Barny's weddings are as unique as his couples and he prides himself on understanding your relationship and your hopes for your future. You may want an outdoor wedding in beautiful woodland surroundings, a service on a beach with the sea lapping at your feet or in a glorious stately home. The choice is yours.

Barny is an experienced and professional celebrant who can guide you through to ensure your day runs smoothly from beginning to blissful end. Together, you will design a ceremony and choose the words and rituals that are perfect for you.

Impressive Ceremonies, it’s not just a name.

Grace Jevons Civil Ceremonies (covers South West)

Celebrant Grace Jevons is really winning at life this year. A fairly new, but already very well established celebrant based in Devon and Cornwall, she has received numerous nominations for this year’s National Celebrant Awards and nothing but excellent feedback from her 2019 couples. Outside of creating and conducting weddings and funerals, she’s just won a 12-hour mountain bike endurance race too.

“This job has been my calling since I was a little girl. I used to think that I’d have to become a vicar to marry people, and that was back when girls couldn’t be vicars. I was born to be creative and with a background in events and festivals, design, performance and writing, and the highest qualifications, I feel fully equipped to be a great celebrant. I love all weddings but do come into my own at DIY weddings, my couples always remarking that I go way beyond the extra mile.”
