One of our newest exhibitors to join the WeddingLink circuit is ‘Cakes by Rachel Maddams’. Mum of two Rachel has just started up her wedding cake business and we have been bowled over by the sheer beauty of her creations.

This stunning birdy cake, pictured here, starts at just £270 and has an amazing 60 portions. The intricacies of Rachel’s designs are also complemented by the cake which she bakes. Exhibiting at Letchworth Hall Hotel on Sunday, the WeddingLink team can personally verify that the lemon drizzle sponge, the chocolate cake as well as the fruit cake are all to die for...
