Having the blank canvas of a field venue, means that The Wedding Festival Company can create a truly original festival wedding design that reflects your style and personality. The award-winning festival design service is truly bespoke by nature, offering couples unique and long-lasting nuptial memories.

Do your venues conduct civil ceremonies?

Generally, the wedding venues that The Wedding Festival Company uses are not licensed for legal wedding practices. Alternatively, couples can opt for a wedding blessing during a bespoke outdoor wedding ceremony. Wedding ceremonies from The Wedding Festival Company look and feel every bit as special and romantic as a traditional wedding and can be conducted by either a professional celebrant or perhaps a family friend or close relative. They are of no downgrade to a traditional ceremony and in fact many guests wouldn't guess they weren't witnessing the actual thing. If a licensed venue is a must for you, the team can of course source one at your request.

What services do you offer?

Event management, marquee hire, bar hire, festival and luxury catering, prop and décor hire, sound, stage and lighting, supplier booking and liaison, venue sourcing. The Wedding Festival Company provides a fully-inclusive service for all couples to give them a hassle-free wedding festival experience. One of the experienced team will be your personal wedding planner and aid you in all aspects of planning and hosting your own wedding festival.

Availability and pricing

Peak season is May to September, but sites are available to use all year round. Packages start from £13,500+VAT, based on 100 guests.

Catering and accommodation

The Street Food Catering Company provides informal exciting festival food and The Swine Waiter provides more formal traditional catering options. Luxury Glamping Bell Tent hire is available or guests may bring their own tents/camper vans. Some venues do have on-site accommodation.
