The new bespoke wedding venue, The Rose Barn, opening spring 2018; beautiful grounds; and outside wedding ceremony area make The Warren Estate a stand-out venue. As well as the stunning 18th century barn with bridal accommodation, excellent food, service and attention to detail from the minute you book your venue to your special day will guarantee couples a first-class experience.


Facilities and services

The venue is fully licensed to conduct civil ceremonies, renewal of vows and partnerships both inside and outside. Couples can choose the banqueting suite for holding their civil ceremony or conduct it outside under the new oak gazebo which is positioned beautifully on the front lawn and limestone path that forms the aisle. The venue features an impressive new courtyard entrance, piano bar for welcome drinks, or outside ceremony area with tiered garden for welcome drinks. The venue also offers a wooden dancefloor with modern bar facilities, private bridal dressing room, stunning bridal suite accommodation, ample car parking, and the opportunity to take a golf buggy for an outdoor photo shoot.


Availability and pricing

There is availability some weekends and the venue is also currently offering a mid-week and winter wedding package (subject to availability of date). Pricing for the weekend classic package is £69.95pp; Deluxe package, £79.95pp; and Excellence package, £99.95pp. Mid-week package and winter packages start from £2,995 (based on 50 guests attending). Afternoon tea catering for 50 guests is also £2,995 and an al fresco barbecue or hog roast package is £60pp.

Best spot for photographs

There are lots of beautiful photo opportunities from the lake shot, outside ceremony area or grand staircase entrance to the baronial barn.


Team and catering

Julie Masters (wedding and events manager), Jo Phillips (wedding and events co-ordinator), and Kerry Means (bar and club house manager) help couples to conduct their wedding planning. In addition, the highly experienced and talented chefs provide all the catering in house.


There is a stunning bridal suite at the luxury lodge park and Evermore lodges for guests.
