Contemporary and versatile, The Deck in London is a show-stopping wedding venue that will take your guests’ breath away. Following your wedding at The Deck, couples will even receive a complimentary National Theatre membership for a year.

Location

Situated on London’s vibrant South Bank, The Deck sits on level three of the National Theatre and offers stunning panoramic views over the capital city. Just minutes from Covent Garden and the West End, the venue is easily accessible and can be reached via Waterloo, Southwark or Charing Cross/Embankment underground stations. Parking is also available.

Facilities

Providing a room for civil ceremonies, The Deck also features a private outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular views. Glass walls allow the natural light to flood through, a constant reminder of the sensational setting in the heart of London. The Deck can accommodate up to 100 seated guests for a ceremony and up to 80 for a seated dinner.

Packages

The three brand new ‘I Do...on The Deck’ wedding packages suit a range of budgets and requirements. Packages start at £99 per person, based on a maximum of 100 guests and a minimum of 50, and include Modern Minimalism, City Chic and Elegant and Artistic. Whether it’s a small and intimate affair or larger, extravagant gathering, The Deck has a package to suit you.

Team

The National Theatre’s Hospitality Events team will manage your day from beginning to end to ensure that everything is perfect, and will assist you with all of your pre-wedding planning. A dedicated event manager will be your point of contact, co-ordinating and organising the whole day to make it one to remember. On the day of your wedding there will also be an event supervisor on hand to look after the catering, which is prepared in-house by a team of talented chefs – headed by executive chef, Simon Flint.

Hotels in close proximity to The Deck are readily available. These include Premier Inn County Hall, Park Plaza Westminster, Park Plaza Waterloo and London Marriott Hotel Country Hall.
