This charming Victorian house known as Ripley Arts Centre has a remarkable history of musical association and is located just a short distance from Bromley town centre. The Music Room, modelled on a room from Hampton Court Palace, provides a timeless elegance for both ceremony and/or reception.


The venue is licensed for civil ceremonies, civil partnerships, civil marriages and naming ceremonies. The venue’s flexible approach to your ideas and the absence of corkage fees makes Ripley Arts Centre both unique and affordable.

Availability and prices

Open Monday to Sunday, booking is subject to availability. The three-hour wedding package starts at £595 whilst hire for the reception starts at just £100 per hour. Couples may choose to hold just the ceremony or reception or both. The costs are for room hire only, giving couples the option to tailor their wedding day specifically to their requirements.

Best spot for photographs

There are several magical settings for photography. The well maintained gardens, including a Sensory Garden and illuminated fountain, provide the perfect backdrop for photographs.

The venue’s professional and friendly staff work with you, providing service information to ensure your day is specific to your needs. The team can provide a list of suppliers who are personally recommended due to their high standards and quality of food.
