A family-run venue, Rincon de la Reina is situated in magical Mediterranean oak woodland in the market garden valley of Zafarraya, surrounded by the mountain ranges of Sierra Tejeda and Alhama. Rincon de la Reina is a boutique venue catering for a maximum of 60 people. Featuring extensive grounds that present breathtaking scenery, on-site accommodation, a swimming pool and private hot tub for your exclusive use, Rincon de la Reina is perfectly positioned for an unforgettable wedding. There is a private car park on site and a playground, pirate ship and tree house to entertain young guests.

Ceremony and reception

Although not legally binding, ceremonies are conducted by a qualified pastor in English. Your own written vows with a blessing can be incorporated into the ceremony. Ceremonies can take place on the tree-top terrace, natural terrace and woodland glade. Receptions are hosted in the woodland glade which offers a truly spell-binding setting both day and night and includes a purpose-built dancefloor and stage. As Rincon de la Reina is woodland based, there are no sound restrictions so wedding parties are invited to celebrate through the night.

Wedding packages are tailored to every couple to ensure their personal needs are met. Venue hire includes exclusive use of all grounds and amenities, as well as the necessary table and chairs, table linen, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. The venue team will also strive to cater to your every requirement, promising a first-class service at every request. Delicious Spanish cuisine is home-cooked on site with locally sourced ingredients and a bespoke menu can be provided at every stage of the day – from a champagne reception with canapés immediately after the ceremony to a full three-course daytime or evening meal, all complemented by a flexible bar at a competitive rate.

From beautiful bouquets to tasteful table decorations, the venue works with a local florist to create your chosen flower arrangements and ensure your special day is decorated in style. The venue also offers the services of an in-house cakemaker and a hair and make-up artist can be arranged for the brides and bridesmaids on the morning of the wedding.

On-site accommodation is available for up to 14 people with a collection of charming and quirky self-catering lodgings. This includes spacious La Casita; adobe house La Iglu; and Woodpecker nook, a straw bale camping barn with a custom-built four-poster bed. Extra accommodation can be arranged nearby. A taxi service for those staying off-site is available and pick up and drop-offs at the airport and accommodation can be arranged.
