Macdonald Compleat Angler offers three licensed function rooms. The venue can deliver wedding ceremonies, daytime receptions, evening receptions, on-site catering and accommodation (64 bedrooms) with discounts for wedding guests. Macdonald Compleat Angler provides an exclusive wedding area in the hotel with neutral function rooms that can accommodate 10 to 120 guests.

Availability and pricing

Any day of the week as a non-exclusive hotel but with an exclusive wedding area. The venue accommodates only one wedding per day. Packages for 60 guests start at £5,925 and individual prices from £92pp. This includes:

• Reception drinks - two glasses per person (Pimm's or champagne)
• Three-course wedding breakfast with coffee and petit fours
• Half a bottle of house wine per person
• Two bottles of both still and sparkling Macdonald filtered water per table
• A glass of champagne per person for the toast
• White linen table cloths and napkins
• Personalised wedding stationery (table plan, place cards, table names/numbers, menu cards)
• Use of silver cake stand and unique sword
• Menu tasting for two people
