Henry Moore's iconic artwork makes this venue in Perry Green one of the region's most special and distinctive places to celebrate your wedding day
The beautiful, timbered barn of Henry Moore Studios & Gardens sits among 70 acres of sculpture gardens which showcase many examples of Moore's famous sculptures. The barn itself is home to 10 unique and beautiful tapestries.

Facilities and services
There are three rooms licensed for civil ceremonies. The 16th century aisled barn, hung with unique Henry Moore tapestries, is perfect for up to 120 guests. The sleek and contemporary spaces in Dane Tree House are ideal for smaller celebrations and offer stunning views of the sculpture gardens, available outside the venue's open season or for evening receptions. Further services include:
- Service of an experienced wedding planner
- Overseeing of set-up and take down
- Full use of utilities
- On-site parking and parking marshals
- Full use of the sculpture gardens to take stunning photographs
- In the open season, access for your guests to enter galleries and studios
Each wedding ceremony/reception is unique; there are no packages and artistic licence is encouraged. Only one wedding is hosted per week with a maximum of 12 a year. The venue's modern and contemporary style buildings for smaller celebrations are perfect for those wanting a modern twist.
Availability and pricing
Available to host weddings on any day of the week in the aisled barn. Venue hire starts at £850 for a ceremony in Dane Tree House, and ranges up to £5,600 for a ceremony and reception in the aisled barn. Wedding packages aren't offered; each event is individual, and so, for a better idea of what your ideal wedding might cost at our venue, it's a good idea to talk to weddings and events manager, Jules Davis. Venue hire includes exclusive use of your chosen room, plus shared use of the sculpture gardens with visitors (from April to October). Prices also include the expert planning services of Jules Davis. Other costs such as catering, entertainment and equipment hire are not included.
Best spot for photographs
There are so many to choose from, including the grounds for scenic countryside shots and where there are more than 20 Henry Moore sculptures on display. Popular spots also include The Arch meadow or large reclining figure at sunset.
