Easthampstead Park is a beautiful Victorian mansion, based at the end of a half-mile long tree-lined driveway. Offering a stunning outdoor wedding pavilion and main wedding room with chandeliers and lovely décor, the venue's packages offer great value for money.
Facilities and services
Indoors and outdoors weddings are both catered for by the wedding pavilion. The venue has four main wedding packages, plus options for smaller mid-week weddings or evening parties. The main wedding packages can include a civil ceremony. Accommodation is also available with the venue providing 29 en-suite bedrooms.
Availability and pricing
The venue is usually available on weekends only (availability calendar can be found on the website). It is usually non-exclusive, but the venue will only run one wedding at a time (although a small conference may take place elsewhere in the building). Civil ceremony hire charge is £250 (only available as part of the main wedding packages). Daytime packages from £72 per person for arrival drinks, three-course meal, drink to toast, room hire, and bedroom for the bride and groom. Evening buffets are from £15 per person (only available as part of the main wedding packages).
Best spot for photographs
Outside by the fountain, the wedding pavilion, the old white gate, and underneath the arches. Also, inside by the stained glass window.
Team and catering
The sales team deal with the initial enquiry. Around six weeks prior to the wedding, a wedding manager is assigned who deals with the bride and groom from then onwards (and they are there to manage the wedding day itself). Food is prepared by the venue’s talented team using fresh ingredients and is homemade on-site.
Customer testimonial
"We had our daughter's wedding here and what an amazing day it was. The perfect venue, Julie - the wedding planner was excellent and everything ran like clockwork. The food was delicious and it was just a wonderful setting with lovely grounds. We booked most of the rooms to stay over too. The weather was beautiful, too." Parents of Mrs Picket
