Brides-to-be enchanted by the magic of old Hollywood glamour can now take inspiration from days gone by thanks to a new 2016 bridal collection launched by British dress designer Gemma Leakey.
The seven-piece Gemma Leakey Bridal Collection 2016 is aimed at brides looking for an elegant gown with a modern twist. Inspired by old Hollywood glamour, the silhouettes are reminiscent of a bygone era.
The collection makes a nod to the key bridal trends of the season without strictly following them. Details include plunging necklines, modern organza lace and layers of fine silk tulle, 3D floral appliqués, intricate pleats and a touch of glamour in crystal embellishments.
All of the gowns are made from 100 per cent silk, featuring delicate drape and lustre. Made in the UK, using premium bridal cloths and traditional construction techniques, the company prides itself on creating the perfect fit for its brides.
This bridal collection encapsulates a diverse range of silhouettes, based on the fact that each bride is as individual as the dress she wears - further complemented by Gemma's made to measure gown service.
