There's a new wedding photographer on the block – the stable block that is.
The Equestrian Bride, founded by equine photographer Sue Westwood-Ruttledge, offers a specialist service for horse-mad brides who want to include their four-fetlocked best friend in their celebrations.
When the bride, groom and horse make three, the Equestrian Bride can ensure wedding memories don't end with the reception, says Sue: "Every bride wants the opportunity to wear their wedding dress again and for brides who ride, a bridal shoot with their horse provides the perfect occasion.
"It's all about capturing the special bond between the bride and her horse, combined with the excitement of her recent wedding,”says the photographer, who has been a fanatical rider since the age of six and has had her horse Stollie since she was 14.
Enabling brides to don their wedding dress once more, the Equestrian Bride wedding package includes an extra bridal photoshoot with the bride’s horse in a location of their choice. Romantic woodlands, beaches and wildflower meadows are all popular settings, with the company’s animal behaviour experts on hand to get the best out of brides and their horse.
The Equestrian Bride wedding pack costs £2,495 and includes:
• A boudoir or pre-wedding shoot
• Full wedding day coverage with two photographers
• A post wedding photoshoot with your horse and you in your wedding dress
• A minimum of 600 images
With a style inspired by high-end fashion photography, ideal for wallmounts and keepsake albums, the Equestrian Bride covers the whole of the UK and claims all its photographers are passionate horse owners or riders.
