The UK’s top 10 wedding day fears have been revealed in a recent survey by EnduraRoses.com.
Surveying 2,000 UK adults, the research has uncovered exactly what brides fear the most - with 'being stood up at the altar' being the number one dread, as voted for by 77% of respondents.
Wardrobe malfunctions, bad weather and poor attendance also ranked highly, while 'arguments between guests' proved less concerning.
The top 10 fears:
- Being left at the altar – 77%
- Wardrobe malfunction/ dress not fitting – 73%
- Bad weather – 69%
- Drunk guests – 55%
- Poor attendance – 43%
- Make-up or hair malfunction – 36%
- Uninvited guests – 31%
- Bad photography – 29%
- Forgetting vows – 23%
- Arguments between guests – 22%
Other worries included: taking a tumble while walking down the aisle (16%) and no-one catching the bouquet (11%)
