The Craft Company launches wedding cake webpage
09 May 2017
Designed for DIY brides and cakemakers alike, The Craft Company's new webpage offers wedding cake advice, tips and ideas
Online cake decoration retailer, The Craft Company, has launched its Weddings webpage which provides tips and tricks of the trade for brides looking to make their own wedding cakes and/or favours.
The website, which specialises in selling cake decorating supplies for both hobbyist and professional cakemakers, has introduced the Weddings webpage to provide fresh inspiration in cake themes and flavours.
Partnering with expert blogger, She Who Bakes, the webpage also invites brides and professionals to pose their most burning questions. Since the launch, the website has canvassed the most frequently asked questions with online users asking more questions about contemporary styles, such as naked cakes, than traditional wedding cakes.
Brides can even find their perfect colour palette for the big day, with plenty of ideas in how to incorporate Pantone's Colour of the Year.
Alan Glazzard, marketing executive at The Craft Company said: “We knew that lots of brides think about making their own wedding cakes and favours, but they’re often not sure of how to go about it. We wanted to offer practical advice to help brides choose whether this is the right option and to help them get great results if it is. We’re thrilled to be able to offer this free source of cake inspiration and expert advice for brides-to-be.”
