The So Sassi 2013 collection has been designed for the bride who is looking for something a little more fashion led, but that won’t break the bank.
Put a young, talented design team under the wing of a renowned designer to create highly desirable wedding dresses and you have ‘So Sassi’. This is the new ‘esprit’ label from Sassi Holford targeting young, confident, stylish brides. It is beautifully handmade in England using a gorgeous array of satins, tulles and laces, and all the styles have an integral corset.
‘So Sassi’, the new collection from the Sassi Holford design team, has been designed for the bride who is looking for something that is a little more fashion led but won’t break the bank.
The bridal media has been very enthusiastic about the new label they have dubbed ‘modern vintage’. The designs are fresh and fun, mixing Sassi Holford elegant silhouettes with fashion focussed details like pretty peplum skirts and hi-lo hemlines. Eye-catching elements include hand-cut guipure lace, exquisite 3D rose tulle and intricate floral motifs - just perfect for modern brides who like their bridal traditions with a creative twist.
‘We have created a fantastic set of designs that I’m really excited about. I love the dresses because they are young and vibrant, and directing the team has been so much fun it has taken twenty years off me!’ says Sassi Holford.
The new label was only launched in May but is already setting a new mark for British design and manufacture. The design direction is cool, contemporary but definitely feminine, and with a price range of one to two thousand pounds this will be a name on many brides’ shortlists.
‘This has been a wonderful opportunity to work closely with young designers and combine their enthusiasm and creativity with my commercial experience – it’s So Sassi!’
