CRAFTBAR - Rhubarb Fizz

  • Elderflower, lime and coriander Infused sugar
  • Rhubarb syrup
  • Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur
  • Ice-cold prosecco
  • Garnish with candied rhubarb and mint

Reception drinks should be special, start conversations, create excitement and build a huge sense of occasion. CRAFTBAR’s Rhubarb Fizz delivers fizzes and giggles at the start of your big day. As a cold weather alternative, we substitute the rhubarb elements with apple, spice and blackberry bon-bon. Mmm.

Little Horse Box Bar - Blueberry Ombre

  • 50ml Boodles Gin
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 25ml grenadine syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Blueberries
  • Half sliced lime
  • Tonic water

No party is complete without a cocktail. This fruity little number is aesthetically pleasing, oozes class and sophistication with an element of fun and is made with lots of love.

Ice and a Slice Events - Varcadero

  • Dry gin (we use Monkey 47 or Tanqueray, but can be any dry gin)
  • Aperol
  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar syrup
  • Grapefruit juice
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and mint

On a recent trip to Cuba we unearthed this gem, which always goes down well in the summer sun. We serve it using Tanqueray dry gin with mint leaves – the perfect summer cocktail.

Liquor Lab - Lychee and Rose Petal Martini

  • 25ml Absolut Elyx Vodka
  • 25ml Monin Lychee Liqueur
  • 12.5ml rose syrup
  • 25ml egg white
  • 50ml lychee puree
  • Squeeze of lemon

This drink is always our go-to people pleaser and bridal best. It is a mouth-watering explosion of sweet, citrus and floral. It drifts away from the need for all cocktails to contain gin in the summer and focuses on the unique summery flavours instead.

Tipple Adventures - Sunkissed Bride

  • 75ml Olmeca Altos
  • 100% Agave Plata Tequila
  • 25ml Passoa Passionfruit Liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • Juice of half a fresh lime
  • Egg white foam (optional)
  • Plenty of ice

If you’re keeping your canapés light and want the star of the show to be your signature cocktail, serve the Sunkissed Bride cocktail. The passionfruit liqueur makes this cocktail sweet, but not too sweet. It’s great if you want to be ahead of the tequila trend and try a twist on the classic margarita.
