10 things to remember on your wedding day

Weddingsite have collaborated with Boho Weddings to bring you the top tips to making sure you enjoy your big day, from those who have already been there.

1. Stay calm and enjoy every moment, in a blink it’ll be over and you won’t want to have missed a thing because you were stressed or worrying

2. Enjoy the moment with your newly wed, the day is for you and your partner, don’t get too wrapped up in everyone else.

3. Things will go wrong or not exactly to plan but don’t let it get to you, you’re married and happy. No-one else is likely to notice.

4. Delegate, remember your only job is to look great and have fun. Make sure someone else is clock watching!

5. The day goes so quickly so you just need to embrace everything that happens and really stop to look at each other and say I love you.

6. Try and make time for everyone, but most of all have a good time

7. Take some time away during your day, we were given this advice from another couple and we are so pleased we took it! Thankfully we were whisked to take some shots away from the venue, this time was really special to us giving us the chance just to relax and enjoy the moment.

8. Don’t worry if your day isn’t sticking to its tight schedule, it’ll all work out; the main thing is that you and all your guests are having a great time.

9. Walk really slowly down the aisle, enjoy looking at all your guests smiling back at you and just soak up the atmosphere as its over within a matter of seconds and you’ll only ever do it once in your life.

10. A Facebook ban on wedding photo posts by your guests is also a top tip
