More than 2,000 guests were in attendance for Pronovias’ catwalk show at the National Art Museum of Catalonia in Barcelona for the presentation of the Atelier Pronovias 2018 collection. The guests included celebrities from the world of fashion and film, such as actress and model Kate Upton.
The theme of the fashion show was ‘wish’, with a stunning wishing well present at center stage to reference the magical movement of water. Hervé Moreau, the firm’s creative director, stated that the Atelier Pronovias 2018 collection “is a very special new collection, for which I was inspired by a magical wishing well where the bride’s sensuality and radiance is reflected by jeweled and embroidered embellishments. The water is a key element and the liquid movement is evident in the gowns’ various volumes and patterns.”
The Atelier Pronovias 2018 collection features the latest bridal fashion trends, with strong silhouettes and innovative designs. The styles range from mermaid and flared designs to full ball gowns, and are crafted from organza, crepe, soft satin, and French lace. The intricate embroidery finishes are adorned with white gemstones that gives the gowns a sophisticated and delicate appearance.
“Pronovias is an emblematic brand and thanks to seeing this fashion show I’ve been able to see that they have different patterns and styles to fit all kinds of brides,” said Kate Upton. “The collection is beautiful, full of details and very sexy.”
