Penventon Park Hotel and Spa has been awarded two AA Rosettes to celebrate its culinary excellence
The restaurant at Penventon Hotel and Spa, Cornwall, has been awarded two AA Rosettes following an inspection earlier this year. AA Rosettes are awarded by AA Hotel and Restaurant Inspectors, and the long-established and prestigious scheme recognises and celebrates culinary excellence across the UK.
General manager Rajesh Joshi said: “Only 10% of restaurants nationwide are of a standard that is worthy of one Rosette, so this is indeed a huge achievement, and not to be underestimated. We are incredibly proud and thrilled that the Penventon Park Hotel has been awarded two AA Rosette status. This could not have been achieved without the expert skills of our Head Chef, Keith Brooksbank and his team."
The hotel’s restaurant is open daily throughout the year, offering classic dishes with a contemporary twist thanks to head chef Keith Brooksbank, who has spent the last two years carefully selecting, training, and building his kitchen team. Cooking with the seasons and keeping things simple, his kitchen offers dishes such as confit free range chicken, tarragon & Parma ham terrine, carrot puree, hazelnut dressing & coriander or crispy Cornish squid, chorizo mayonnaise, squid ink, herb oil & gunpowder.
