Exclusive Use have just added a couple of new properties to their portfolio of stunning venues. Although close to London both are big country houses which are perfect for larger weddings.
Tylney Hall has a timeless elegance and charm, and the scene is set as you arrive along the sweeping drive. The Victorian building was a country home and nestles in 66 acres of gardens and grounds, providing plenty of photo opportunities. There’s even a stone gazebo where brides can marry outside. Indoors the interiors are sumptuous and traditional, with a range of lovely function rooms to choose from. It’s a romantic country dream. See www.exclusiveuse.com/Property/Tylney-Hall for details.
Warren Weir is altogether different. A newly built property, it is designed in an attractive Arts and Crafts style and has an enviable setting overlooking a weir and small lake. It is an exclusive use venue rather than a hotel and can cater for up to 250 guests for the wedding breakfast. With a marquee it can seat many more and has a licence for up to 390 for a ceremony. An additional feature is the ability to take a dry-hire of the place and bring in your own caterers, ideal for those requiring speciality cuisine. See www.exclusiveuse.com/Property/Warren-Weirfor details.
