New app ‘Weddr’ offers newlyweds a behind-the-scenes wedding video

26 Apr 2017

Weddr, a new app, gives newlyweds access to a video created from footage taken by their friends and families during their wedding

A brand new app, which vows to offer newlyweds a priceless behind-the-scenes insight into their wedding day, has been released in time for the 2017 wedding season. ‘Weddr’ gives couples access to a video that’s made up of footage taken by their friends and families, allowing them to view their special day through the eyes of their guests.

The video could feature anything, from interviews with friends and families to children playing; from guests getting dressed up to bridesmaids drooling over the drizzle cake. The app can be used by people of any age, whether they are at primary school, retired, or somewhere in between.

Footage taken by the user can be instantly uploaded and shared. Sharing the clips ensures that family and friends who were unable to make it to the wedding can view the wedding clips in one virtual place and not miss out. The footage can then be downloaded or expertly edited into a highlight video. This truly unique app creates a priceless keepsake, complete with titles and music, filmed entirely by the newlyweds’ friends and family.

Weddr comes in three packages: Silver, which costs £50, allows for two minutes of video, and can be downloaded over seven days; Gold, which costs £135, allows for 15 minutes of video, and can be downloaded over 14 days; and Platinum, which costs £200, allows for 30 minutes of video, and can be downloaded over 30 days. With each package, unlimited friends can film up to 20 clips.
