Providing an alternative setting while Hintze Hall temporarily closes, the National History Museum is opening its North Hall to wedding receptions.
Available to weddings from January until August 2017, the North Hall presents an intimate environment which can accommodate wedding breakfasts for 50 to 250 guests.
Harnessing the 'wow' factor at every opportunity, wedding parties can enjoy a drinks and canape reception in the museum's Darwin Centre courtyard before exploring the world class exhibits en route to North Hall.
Couples can also make use of the museum's extensive list of accredited and revered suppliers, including caterers, florists and entertainers.
