Ten wedding venues from far and wide set to amaze and astound you

From marrying in a Chilean volcano, to tying the knot in a space balloon 100,000ft above the earth, couples looking for somewhere a little different to say "I do" will be intrigued by this list of unusual wedding venues.

Recent research has shown that since 21st April, when wedding restrictions began to lift, searches for 'unusual wedding venues' has risen by more than 26%. In the last 12 months, the search term has been used more than 10,500 times.

In response to these findings, engagement ring specialists Seven Stone have shared a list of non-conventional wedding venues for couples seeking an alternative wedding setting.

The world's most unusual wedding venues

Walk the 80m aisle and take your vows beside the crystal clear blue green lake in front of 40 guests.

The Brickyard Retreat at Mutianyu Great Wall can accommodate weddings of up to 160 guests.

3. In a space balloon, 100,000ft above the earth
