Hosted at The Wordsworth Hotel in Grasmere, Amanda Taylor and Michael McNulty's wedding ceremony was held in the venue's spectacular grounds.

A 'Cadbury purple' colour scheme was echoed in the bridesmaids' dresses, flowers, men's ties and wedding décor - paying homage to the bride's favourite colour.

Friends and family showcased their talents during the day: Amanda's sister, Kate, made the cupcake tower and iced fruit cake topper; friend Rob Lloyd took the photos; and friend Adrian Bond DJ'd into the evening.
