Lancashire hotel hosts charity bridal event with wonderful wedding prize on offer

The four-star Lancaster House Hotel is inviting brides-to-be and their families and friends to attend a bridal showcase in support of North West Cancer Research this September
One lucky bride-to-be will have the chance to win a comprehensive wedding package at Lancaster House Hotel's bridal showcase on Friday 21st September 2018.
The prize, which has been donated in aid of North West Cancer Research, will see the winner take home the following:
- A bespoke, tailor-made wedding dress worth £2,500 by Jennifer Pritchard Couchman
- A wedding venue booking at Lancaster House, worth nearly £5,000, with food and drink for up to 60 daytime and 100 evening guests.
- Services of a wedding photographer
- Bridesmaids' dresses and suits
- Hair and make-up
- Wedding flowers
- Rings
- A wedding cake
- A DJ and a magician
Tickets for the bridal showcase, which commences at 6pm, are £20 per head and include one entry into the prize draw. The prize is transferrable and can be donated to a family member or friend.
During the event there will also be a reception with canapés, tasters and a glass of prosecco for each attendee, as well as a catwalk show from Jennifer Pritchard Couchman who will be showcasing her wedding gowns, evening gowns and new ‘Enchanted’ range of children’s dresses.
Andy Lemm from English Lakes Hotels Resorts & Venues, the general manager at Lancaster House, says: “This is a great venue for weddings and we wanted to organise an alternative wedding event to show how we can give couples getting married, and their families, a wonderful day to remember.
