Cotswold Vintage Scoop is the mobile retail arm of Winstones Ice Cream, a company first established in 1925 by serving locals in the seven valleys of Stroud with a handmade ice-cream distributed from a motorcycle and side car. Since this time Winstones (still a family company now on the fourth generation) have gone from strength to strength and supply handpicked outlets across the country with a wide variety of up to 30 flavours of ice-cream made with shorthorn organic milk, Jersey double cream and handpicked fruit.

Cotswold Vintage Scoop have restored a 1977 Original Bedford CF ice-cream van called `Vinnie`. Vinnie is sprayed and sign-written by hand in the original 1925 Winstones colours with floral print and handmade bunting with the original soft ice cream machine restored (don’t worry though Vinnie does scooped ice cream too). Our second van is called Bertie, a 1985 Bedford CF. Bertie was rescued from retirement to become our first vintage van, he is also dressed in floral print and handmade bunting and of course painted in our 1925 colours.

Vinnie and Bertie can create a tailor made package to give each of your guests a high quality ice cream from the flavours you have picked, as well as giving all the wedding guests a really great treat Vinnie and Bertie also create a great photo opportunity for guests and the bride and groom.
