Set in the heart of Clitheroe, Lancashire, Holmes Mill is soon to complete its £10 million redevelopment project which will serve to enhance and expand its offerings as a wedding venue.
Redeveloped in sympathy with its 1800s industrial heritage, Holmes Mill features natural textured walls, exposed beams and period character.
Owned by the James' Places hospitality group, the Mill - already home to Bowland Brewery, the Beer Hall, a café, shop and gelateria, is now licensed to hold civil ceremonies in its stunning first floor function room.
This year will welcome even more finishing touches including a 30-bedroom boutique hotel, bar and grill and a food hall showcasing the best local produce from the Ribble Valley and Forest of Bowland area.
Andrew Bailey, operations director at Holmes Mill, said: "We are delighted to be able to offer couples a contemporary, breath-taking setting for their special day. Hosting weddings is something which James' Places does incredibly well at all our venues, so introducing civil ceremonies at Holmes Mill was a natural step."
