Hawkstone Hall opens its doors for summer 2018 weddings

17 Oct 2017

A magnificent Grade I listed 18th Century mansion, Hawkstone Hall is set to open in summer 2018

Having been purchased by The Distinctly Hospitable Group, Hawkstone Hall - a 550-year-old property set in rural Shrewsbury, is due to welcome wedding bookings from summer 2018.

Newly restored, Hawkstone Hall is a truly romantic venue featuring high sculpted ceilings and beautiful antique furniture.

The main hall, elegant ballroom, refectory and Gold Room offer enchanting spaces for a wedding day, with couples invited to exchange vows at the chapel, which can accommodate up to 250 guests.

Spring and summer weddings can opt for an outdoor ceremony with a lavish marquee available to hire for 350+. The spectacular grounds also provide a breath-taking backdrop with a rose garden, croquet lawn, apple orchard, ancient ceremetry and a charming 'secret garden'.

Accommodation is readily available with 12 suites, including the luxurious Honeymoon Suite and named after Jane Austen characters, on offer to couples and their guests.
