As an eco-boutique hotel, the team at the Green House Hotel in Bournemouth ensure they try everything in their power to deliver an eco-conscious and sustainable service.
Extending its offering to the vegan market and catering to an ever-growing UK vegan population which currently stands at more than 3.5 million, the venue's new wedding package will meet increasing demand.
Hotel manager, Olivia O’Sullivan, says: “We’d noticed such an increase in vegan weddings which had also become so well-known among our vegan suppliers that we decided to create this Vegan Wedding Package.”
As part of the Vegan Wedding Package, Green House Hotel head chef, Andy Hilton, will create a seasonal menu tailored to the needs and requirements of each couple. A vegan wedding cake will also be supplied by the venue's favoured cake supplier, Lucie Loves to Bake.
And vegan food is just the beginning. Hair and make-up will be provided by Greener Beauty, a Dorset-based company which uses vegan cosmetics that are also cruelty-free and made without toxic chemicals. Vegan footwear can be provided by designer Charlotte Mills and organic, Fairtrade wedding flowers will be offered by Hillview Flowers and Events.
