Gilwell Park is a simple, understated wedding venue located in Epping Forest and just minutes from Chingford station. The venue’s team have launched a new mid-week wedding package for celebrations falling on or between Mondays and Thursdays. The package is priced at £85 per person.

The package includes:

  • Venue hire (Ceremony room hire is an additional £300)
  • Event Manager on the day
  • Wedding Coordinator throughout the planning process
  • Bridal Suite on the wedding night
  • White linen tablecloths and napkins
  • Cake stand and knife

On arrival, guests will enjoy a glass of prosecco, Buck's Fizz, mulled wine fruit punch or orange juice. A three-course wedding breakfast or barbecue is included with half a bottle of house wine per person or soft drink alternatives, as well as tea and coffee. Glasses of prosecco are also served for toasts.

The historic White House dates back to 1754 and combines Georgian style with the feel of a rural retreat. Couples can dress the venue to their tastes without blowing their budget.

The venue is owned and managed by The Scout Association. Income generated through weddings and the association’s other activities goes back into changing the lives of young people throughout the UK.
