Promising an even bigger and better itinerary than ever before, Bride: The Wedding Show at Tatton Park in Cheshire from February 3-4 is poised to help even more couples plan their perfect day. From dresses to decor, the event offers all the components to bring your wedding vision to life and all under one roof. Here, some of the exhibitors detail how to get the most out of the show.

"Know what you are there for and who you want to see, and always keep an eye out for the catwalk shows." Kendal Williams-Mckean, partner, Along Came Eve

"Keep an open mind as there are lots of great ideas to make your wedding extra special and to visit as many stands as possible." Claire Whitlow, managing director, Daresbury Dairy Ice Cream

"Plan your day, make a list of all the stands you want to visit prior to arrival and try to see these stands first." Stephanie Chamberlain, sales executive, DoubleTree by Hilton Chester

"Speak to all the suppliers, especially if you’re in the early stages of planning. Don’t rule out anything for your day. Pick up suppliers’ details and note down the ones you really liked." Paul Cryer, owner, In Love Wedding Films

"Take it all in; get an overview of all the stands first, then allow yourself the time to have more in-depth conversations with the suppliers you’re really keen to learn more about. Why not end your day by treating yourself to a glass of bubbly or a cup of tea, sit down and reflect on everything you’ve discovered?" Anika Farrar, assistant service manager for John Lewis Gift List

"Go round at least twice… there’s always something that you miss the first time round. Don’t be scared to have a chat with the guys on the stands; it’s very rare they’ll do a hard sell on you and you never know what you might find out." Karen Makin, owner, The Jolly Good Photo Co.

"Go with a plan; what do you want to look at or purchase? Make sure you take a friend and have regular pit-stops for food and drink to discuss the suppliers." Lois Rowlands, photographer, Lois Photography

"Work out exactly what you have left to book and try and just go to those stands; it can be very overwhelming." Kristin Williamson, partner, Mr and Mrs W

"Arrive early, don't just take flyers from every stand – really focus on the services you really want - even if you still need to work out your budget. Once you have done a lap of the show, sit down and have a chat about what you have seen and the people you have spoken to. The ones who have made a really positive impression on you need a second visit." Julianne Hobin, owner, Party Snaps Photos

"Plan – make a list of what you want to get from the show, do you want to find your dress, a venue, stationery, then take a look at who the exhibitors are and where they are located to save you time and ensure you don’t miss anyone you want to see." Ashley Corrigan, marketing, Shropshire Petals

"I recommend to only go the stands that are connected to what you have left to book for your wedding day. The documentation from each retailer can be beneficial as it will indicate what budget you will require to get everything you want. Always ask what deals are running." Stuart Graham, hirewear manager, Slaters

"Get as much information as you can from the exhibitors. Use your guide and make notes. Take the promotions/special offers/discounts that exhibitors are offering. Above all have fun, don’t rush, have a glass of fizz and watch the amazing catwalk show." Sandra Peilober, partner, Stefan's Jewellers

"Our advice to get the best out of the wedding show is to plan who you want to visit in advance, there is so much to see that and do that it helps to have a target list of who you want to see first and then look at other stands if you have any time left over." Victoria Stadlng, owner, Swan Brides

"Preparation is key." Sian Walker, marketing manager, The Belle Epoque

"Be open-minded and talk to everyone, the people in attendance are the best in the industry so I would get as much knowledge from them as possible. " Sara Jones, owner, The Bridal Lounge

"Take your time to visit each stand and take it all in, there’s a lot to see. Treat yourself to a glass of fizz, relax and enjoy the show." Daniel Wheatcroft, director, The Prosecco Pot

"Start early…. Do a lap of the exhibitors and then have a coffee and digest everything you’ve seen. Make a note of your favourite exhibitors and the ones that appeal to you the most and then go back and meet them all properly." Sian Smylie, owner, Tilly Trotter's Brides

If you can book there and then, please do so. By the time Monday comes our inboxes are full of enquiries and dates will be booked up very quickly." Tony Fanning, owner and photographer, Tony Fanning Photography

"Make sure you get to the front of the catwalk show queue to get a good seat for the best catwalk show around." Hellen Allen, owner, 7th Heaven Bridal

"List the main things you'd like to get booked and note down the suppliers that stand out to you. Don't miss the catwalk. Eat cake." Sarah Yearsley, owner, Cheshire Wedding Cakes

"Create a to-do list of aspects of your day you wish to focus on during the show. Familiarise yourself with the showguide and maybe check out some of the suppliers online prior to visiting – styles, location etc." Sarah Dean, owner, Sarah's Wedding Boutique
