Find a wedding photographer for your Lancashire or Yorkshire wedding by considering these distinctive photography styles
There are many criteria to consider when choosing your wedding photographer, however first and foremost you should find a wedding photography style which you fall in love with. Here, three wedding photographers, based in Lancashire or Yorkshire, share their favourite wedding photos to date and detail a bit about their business.
By Asha Photography & Film, Lancashire
"We are so in LOVE with this intimate image of Ollie and Lauren, not only because it looks stunning, but it shows the real passion, emotion and love, which we always focus on. Their wedding day was full of tears, laugh and joy and we are so grateful we could be part of it.
"The couple's vision always determines our approach. lt's essential that our clients feel comfortable, live fully in the moment and are able to enjoy their wedding day without thinking about the camera. Our philosophy is that you live the day and we record it.
"We focus on putting our couples at ease in front of our lens, so that they can put in no effort and just be themselves. A bride and groom's confidence can make the photos that much more authentic. We try to achieve intimate pictures by creating moments where the couples don't notice they are being photographed."

"The groom-to-be turns to me and says, ‘I’m arriving in my truck’. This image always makes me smile, it was one of the last shots taken at Jamie and Ash’s wedding last year at Steeton Hall, West Yorkshire.
"One of the most amazing parts of being a wedding photographer is getting to meet some very awesome couples. I love spending time getting to know their personality and finding out how to make their wedding images personal to them."
Jamie and Ash said: 'Sarah had captured every single image we could have ever hoped for. We had a show truck for transport as my husband is a trucker and he wanted some photos with the truck. The photos Sarah captured with the truck are epic, better than we could have ever imagined.
'You did a fantastic job Sarah and we couldn’t be happier that our original photographer cancelled on us. Thank you so much for helping to capture our special day and providing us with everlasting memories.'

"There are a few reasons why this photo is one of my favourites. I first met Amelia and HJ had booked their wedding for the summer of 2018, but a few short weeks before their big day HJ ended up in hospital and they had to postpone their wedding until December that year.
"Sadly, a couple of months before their big day, Amelia's mum died, making an emotionally hard year even harder. This photo really sums up the joy of the day. After having got married, Amelia turned to her bridesmaids and showed off her ring as almost a 'we did it' moment after a horrendous year.
"I have loved capturing those special moments in a relaxed and friendly way since starting the business in 2008." Christina at Fish2Photography
