EDP Bride: The Wedding Awards Best Bridal Retailer, Finalist Q&A: Pure Brides

24 Jan 2017

The finalists of the EDP Bride: The Wedding Awards 2017 have been announced and ahead of the red carpet ceremony at Dunston Hall on Friday, 27th January, we get to know them a little better

Anna Hare, owner of Pure Brides - a finalist in the Best Bridal Retailer category, answers our Q&A.

Pure Brides

What geographic area does your business cover? All of East Anglia, but predominantly Norwich and the surrounding area.

How long has your business been running? 13 years.

What does your business do? How does it stand out from the competition? Pure is one of Norwich’s longest standing bridal boutiques. Soft grey walls, white painted furniture, sumptuous private bridal suites and a warm welcome await you at Pure’s stunning building in the heart of Norwich’s historic Lanes. Spread over three floors, the beautiful store is home to a wonderful collection of bridal gowns, accessories and bridesmaids' dresses. Coupled with the team's reputation for exceptional service, Pure is a must-visit when shopping for your bridal gown.

Why did you enter the 2017 EDP Bride: The Wedding Awards? EDP Bride shows are always so professionally organised that when we heard they were going to be running awards for the wedding business in our region, we couldn’t wait to get involved. We’re very proud of what we do and were excited to make it to the final of what I believe will become very prestigious awards in the area,

What was your reaction to the announcement of your business as a finalist? I was blown away to be honest as there were so many other amazing boutiques that had entered, so I really didn’t expect to get this far and am thrilled to bits.

What are you most looking forward to at the EDP Bride: The Wedding Awards ceremony on 27th January, 2017, at Dunston Hall? I think the atmosphere will be electric as everyone will be keeping their fingers crossed for a win, and so I think it promises to be a glittering, fun-filled evening. And, of course, I’ll be especially looking forward to wearing my new dress.
