Editor Matt ties the knot

FOR months he has been sharing his efforts to get fit before getting married and hitting 40 with readers – and this year the newly-streamlined editor of the Herts Advertiser Matt Adams tied the knot.

Matt, who has been editor of the Herts Advertiser for the past two years, married Laura Evans at a ceremony at the Harpenden House Hotel.

He proposed to his new wife, who is acting editor of the Barking and Dagenham Post, at Christmas 2009 and the couple opted for a winter wedding in front of family and friends which was followed by an evening reception, also at the hotel. The couple honeymooned in Madeira.
