In collaboration with floral designer Hannah Walker of Worcester-based florist Bride and Bloom, Eckington Manor has announced the launch of a brand new overnight stay package perfect for mature girls’ getaways or low-key hen celebrations. The package gives hens the opportunity to combine a relaxing stay at the chic manor with laid-back flower-focussed activities such as creating a flower crown, bouquet, or button hole.

The package is available for groups of six or more. Upon arrival at the manor, Brides and Blooms hens will be taken straight to Eckington Manor’s restaurant for a delicious afternoon tea consisting of finger sandwiches, warm scones, homemade pastries, loose-leaf tea, and prosecco. The floral activities will then begin, with the group heading over to the manor’s Dutch Barn for a creative afternoon using fresh flowers.

The package also includes a three-course dinner with complimentary glass of prosecco at the manor’s award-winning restaurant, which will feature fresh seasonal dishes prepared by Masterchef: The Professionals-winning head chef Mark Stinchcombe.

“We have so many brides coming to us looking for a little R&R ahead of their big day, so we thought there no better way to meet their needs than to create a special overnight stay tailored to giving them an elegant hen weekend with a difference,” explained Judy Gardner, owner and founder of Eckington Manor. “Our Brides and Blooms package gives hens of all ages the opportunity to sit back, relax and have fun together knowing they’re being well taken care of, enjoying incredible food, beautiful flowers and some much-deserved fizz in the heart of the countryside. What more could you want for blissful relaxation ahead of your wedding day?”

The Brides and Blooms package is available from £265 per person, which includes one night’s accommodation, champagne afternoon tea, floral design workshop with Bride and Bloom, three-course dinner and breakfast. Additional activities are available at extra cost.
