Charisma of Fawley celebrates Best Wedding Attire Retailer award win

The Southampton-based wedding outfit specialist took home the title at the Guides for Brides Customer Service Awards 2019
The Charisma of Fawley team recently attended the Guides for Brides Customer Service Awards ceremony at the historic Bodleian Libraries at Oxford University but, unbeknown to them, it was to be a night to remember.
The team were thrilled to be announced as the winners of the Best Wedding Attire Retailer category. With an extensive stock of occasion wear for the mother of the bride and groom as well as wedding guests, paired with a first-class service, it is no wonder that the New Forest business came out on top.
Charisma of Fawley has been under new ownership since July 2017 when Debbie Hill took the reins and following refurbishment and rebranding, the team felt the Guides for Brides Customer Service Awards offered the perfect opportunity to recognise their efforts.
Guides for Brides Customer Service Awards are free to enter with 20 main categories as well as individual awards. Businesses are encouraged to collate customer reviews and votes before a shortlist is drawn up and a winner determined by a panel of industry experts.
