The pair, who run Felixstowe-based Bushfire Photography, shoot all weddings in unison, competing to capture the best moment of the day, which can only make for better pictures.
Carl and Dibbs are a much sought-after duo, being recommended both by venues and hoards of couples who’ve enjoyed their friendly wedding banter and stunning photos.
Their images come from outside the box and are both creative and beautiful.
“At the end of the day, after they have worn the dress, the suits have gone back and the cake has been eaten, the photographs are the only things left of the day and they have to be perfect,” says Dibbs.
Bushfire are great value too, as no matter which package you choose you’ll get two photographers covering your day up to the first dance, a wedding book of images and a CD of images to use as you wish.
New Horizons for Bushfire
This year has seen exciting changes for Carl and Dibbs. Not only have they moved to new, larger premises on Hamilton Road, but they’ve also launched Studio Shootz.
Inspired by the popularity of photo booths, Studio Shootz is a flexible studio for weddings and events, with props including hats, wigs and even a Rococco style frame brought along as part of the fun.
This is a fantastic way to get your guests to loosen-up– and as the evening wears on, you’ll find the pictures get more and more outrageous.
Hire of Studio Shootz starts at £395 for three hours including unlimited 6x4 prints, with a discount of £100 for couples also booking wedding photography with Bushfire.
