16 Oct 2017
The ultimate accolade for wedding photographers in Norfolk, Fuller Photography scooped the 2017 Bride: The Wedding Awards Wedding Photographer of the Year title
Karen Fuller of Fuller Photography shares her winner's story since triumphing in the 2017 Bride: The Wedding Awards - Wedding Photographer of the Year category.
Why did you enter the 2017 Bride: The Wedding Awards or were you nominated?
I was nominated by my brilliant couples and their families.
What was your reaction to winning the award?
A wonderful surprise. I felt honoured and humbled to represent our amazing creative industry.
How has this recognition helped your business develop and grow?
Winning has allowed me to explore the creative and fine art side of my photography business, having put together a photo shoot with many of the other winners. This, in turn, has meant a lot to my couples who are not only excited to create images with me, but also gives my business a stamp of approval. Having recently qualified as a master photographer and also won the MPA East Anglia Wedding Photographer of the Year title, this has been a year to remember.
What advice would you give to a business entering the 2018 awards?
Be honest. Show the judges your services from start to finish and your enthusiasm and passion will come forward.
Why should a couple nominate one of their wedding suppliers in the 2018 awards?
If you feel you have received exceptional service and loved their creativity and enthusiasm, then there’s nothing like showing your appreciation with a review or nomination.
