Held from February 4-5, Bride: The Wedding Show at Tatton Park in Knutsford, Cheshire was a resounding success. Welcoming more than 5,000 visitors over the weekend, the show delivered wedding inspiration of the finest degree. Here's what some of the show's exhibitors had to say about the event.

“Oh my goodness me; we were blown away by the volume of people visiting the show. Couples were definitely keen to chat and book. Overwhelmed by the passion, love and excitement that couples felt for our tipi at the show. A really fun, positive and worthwhile experience. We couldn’t ask for more.” Karen Thorp-Cleaver, director, Tipi Unique

“As a first time exhibitor I was expecting great things, but I was taken aback by the sheer number of visitors and quality bookings I received. The show was well organised, looked fantastic and I look forward to returning next year. Well done Archant.” Tony Fanning, owner and photographer at Tony Fanning Photography

“We have been coming to this show for seven years and to be honest, it just gets better and better. Well done for your marketing and your services to run such a fabulous wedding show.” Sharron Masoura, weddings manager, Exclusive Yacht Weddings

“Absolutely loved The Wedding Show at Tatton. We exhibited alongside some amazing business owners and met some truly lovely people, who showed interest in our products and our business opportunity. There's something for everyone and great ideas, inspiration and guidance for the big day. We're looking forward to returning in 2018.” Lindsay Morris, business owner, Forever Living - The Aloe Vera Company

“The Wedding Show at Tatton Park is one of the best (and our favourite) weekends in the events calendar. The show was a huge success and had a great buzz throughout. It was lovely to see so many familiar faces from exhibitors to our current brides and grooms and great to meet so many new excited couples collecting ideas for their ‘big day’.” Leanne Edmonds, assistant revenue manager, Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa

“The show was a success for us, as it is every year. In particular this year, the footfall was exceptional and the quality of exhibitors, as always, was high. Looking forward to Tatton’s show next year.” Armaan Chohan, People To Places

“We had an amazing weekend, a fabulous show that every year delivers quality brides looking to book their suppliers – meaning the show more than pays for itself. It's a great chance to catch up with suppliers we know and make new contacts within the industry. Looking forward to next year.” Yvonne Crook, Yvonne’s Cakery

“We thoroughly enjoyed exhibiting at Bride: The Wedding Show. The event team were brilliant and the show was very well organised. We received a great response from visitors over the two days and we’re already looking forward to returning and exhibiting next year.” Chris King, business director, Great Lengths and Bellami

“Wow, what a great show. We just need a week to relax now as we were so busy. I have to say that the catwalk was amazing; there was such a massive response to our gowns and so many people asking after different dresses. Thank you so much.” Judy Holmes, J&J Designs

“This was our first year as an exhibitor and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Bride provided great promotional material in the run up to the show and our wedding favours (bespoke coasters) caught the eye of many intrigued brides. Our coasters are unique, personal and a favour not to be forgotten.” Ishbel Johnson, marketing executive, Abbey England

“Well worth it. The Wedding Show was our first outing as The Courthouse Hotel and it was great to enter the marketplace by being at Tatton Park, a stone’s throw from our new venue. There was a great buzz about the place, it was well organised and it was an extremely enjoyable weekend. Thank you to The Wedding Show team." Dominic Heywood, The Courthouse Hotel

“Wow, what a great show, busy from start to finish – not the norm for wedding shows as we know. Thank you and see you again next year.” Julie Hadfield, superintendent registrar, Cheshire East Council Registry

“Thank you for providing us with the chance to exhibit at Tatton Park once again. The fair is always a joy to attend, well organised and promoted, with a fantastic vibe created by the live entertainment and the catwalk show. It was lovely to talk to so many future brides.” Emma Rimmer, senior sales coordinator, Thornton Manor Estate

"This was our first year exhibiting at the show, and we will definitely be back next year. Lots of enquiries and people were amazed that our silk flowers were so real to the touch. It was also great to meet with so many other business owners interested in exploring mutual opportunities.” Mat Lambert, sales & marketing manager, A Timeless Touch

“A special show with a great vibe. Delighted with visitors’ responses to our collection… ‘an exceptional collection’, ‘high calibre’, ‘unique to see such a range of 1950s Dior pieces’ and ‘nothing else like this on offer’. We are especially delighted that brides chose pieces for their special day. Thank you everyone.” Jennifer Gibson, owner, Jennifer Gibson Jewellery

“It was my first time at Tatton Park and I was very happy with the number of visitors to my stand. The show was well organised and the variety and standard of exhibitors was high. The atmosphere within the marquee was friendly and inviting and I’m certain, was thoroughly enjoyed by all the visitors and exhibitors.” Barbara Harley, owner, Crystal and Colours

“This was a step up in size from our usual shows and one I'm certainly pleased we did. A hugely enjoyable experience and we gained customers that we would have never have met otherwise. Great weekend, see you next year.” Paul Millen, proprietor, The Added Extra

“Wow, what a weekend. I have not felt so positive after a wedding show for a while. Laura and Jo are so easy to deal with and it was so well organised. We have already had a multitude of enquiries. We have already signed up for next year.” Kristin Williamson, owner, Mr & Mrs W

“This was our first year at the Tatton wedding show and what an experience. The organisation was outstanding, and the atmosphere left us feeling elated. The friendliness of exhibitors and visitors made the show a lovely place to work. We had so many enquiries and confirmed bookings, it made every minute worthwhile. Thank you and can't wait for next year.” Emma Rushworth, director, String Infusion Ltd

"As first time traders, we were overwhelmed by the amazing atmosphere inside the marquee and the response from the wedding show visitors to our prosecco bar was more than we could have ever dreamed of. To sum it up, one of our customers said, 'who can say no to prosecco?'." Daniel Wheatcroft, director, The Prosecco Pot

“We had a very successful weekend at this year’s Bride: The Wedding Show. It was well organised, very well attended and we had great feedback from all the visitors to our stand.” Kath Jefferies, wedding & events co-ordinator, Capesthorne Hall

"As a new venue, Bride: The Wedding Show was a perfect platform for us to announce ourselves not only to potential customers, but to suppliers in the industry. The convivial atmosphere and lovely crowd made it an incredibly positive and fun experience." Candice Roundell, events coordinator and owner of Dorfold Hall

“The Bride team was very well organised and someone came round to greet us to make sure everything was OK. Our stand 112 was really well situated and we benefited with great footfall. The visitors were complimentary and we now have a lot of positive enquiries to work through. We will definitely look to exhibit here again in the future.” Sophie Parry, digital and social engagement manager, Chester Races

"We've been exhibiting at Bride: The Wedding Show at Tatton for the past six years and it never fails to impress. The organisation, marketing and visitor numbers are great and there is always a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely be back." Linda Ashcroft, proprietor, Buttercup Cakes

“The Wedding Show, well organised as usual, was a great success for the Church of England and we appreciated the opportunity to have a presence there. We had conversations with over 200 visitors, answering questions about marriage in church and the welcome they would receive – also dispelling some myths.” Ann Elliott, Mothers' Union wedding fair co-ordinator for the Diocese of Chester

“This year’s show has to be one of best. We’re approaching 10 years showcasing our gospel choir services at Tatton. We sing a selection of songs for the attendees on arrival – the queue reached the car park. The visitors loved listening to Gospel Choir 4 Weddings and the feedback has been great.” Chan Evans, creative director, Gospel Choir 4 Weddings

“We have been doing Bride: The Wedding Show at Tatton for 15 years. It is one of the most intimate and professional shows we do. It is always well executed by the team and has a great atmosphere. The past few years it has got better and better. We always get such a good response and feedback from our visitors. See you next year.” Stefan and Sandra, Stefan’s Jewellers

“The Tatton Park wedding show, hosted by Archant Bride, was a great success, with the organisation meaning that it all went smoothly. The show was busy and I made some great business contacts but, more importantly, took many enquiries too. Happy celebrant.” Sue Williamson, owner, Simply Ceremonies

“We are so pleased we took the giant step to exhibit at Bride: The Wedding Show. The timing, organisation and location of the show meant it was the perfect platform to showcase our cakes and brand and we received a fantastic response.” Suzanne Thorpe, owner, The Frostery

“It was a last minute decision to take a stand at the show, but I'm so glad we did. There was a great atmosphere and a high footfall of guests, but most importantly to us a good calibre of discerning brides and clients. If I only do one show, it will always be Tatton.” Julie Arnold, director, EntertainmentToday – Weddings and Events

"This was the first event of its kind that the Albert Hall Manchester has attended and based on this weekend, it certainly won’t be our last. The event space itself was great and the team on hand from Archant and Tatton were friendly and very approachable. The event was very successful for us as a business, with a lot of positive feedback from the event, even a few client meetings booked in over the next few weeks.” Emily Kelly, sales manager, Mission Mars Group for the Albert Hall Manchester
