Photo of the Week 17/08/15

17 Aug 2015

Each week we’re inviting all wedding photographers to submit their images to be Bride’s wedding photo of the week.

This week’s winner is James Tracey, with a technically gorgeous image in an inspiring wedding location.

"Anna and Andy had their wedding in Central Park in New York on the 25th June 2015," explains James. "After their wedding they wanted to get as many photos as they could in the city, with a ‘wow’ shot in Grand Central Station one of Anna’s biggest requests, she loves the architecture. I wanted to capture the movement and action in Grand Central but have Anna and Andy as the focal point in the amazing light reflection with New Yorkers just getting on with it around them. It took a few takes to get the perfect balance of people either side of Anna and Andy, but they were over the moon with the final shot, as was I!"

James’ image will feature as Bride’s Facebook Cover Photo for this week, and on the Facebook pages of its portfolio of Bride titles nationwide, from Dorset, Wiltshire & Hampshire Bride to Norfolk Bride magazine. Don't forget to follow us on Bride’s Facebook.
