With thousands of weddings being postponed until 2021, stag and hen dos have had to suffer the same fate. As Brits readjust and prepare for next year, foreign destinations for stag and hen dos seem less desirable due to the risk of travel restrictions being imposed at any given time. As an alternative, many are seeking out locations in the UK instead.

Research by OnBuy’s Party Department analysed the number of male strip clubs, cocktail bars, nightclubs, karaoke bars as well as the average price of an Airbnb, alcoholic drinks and taxis (per Km) to reveal the best UK cities to celebrate in 2021. found that Liverpool is the best location in the UK to have a hen do due to the wealth of cocktail bars and nightclubs.

In second position is Birmingham and in third place was Glasgow with a competitive nightlife scene as well as budget friendly Airbnb prices.

However, Wolverhampton and newport both ranked poorly, with few nightlife stops and hefty Airbnb prices reaching nearly £250, with the worst place named as Gloucester with only four cocktail bars in the city.
