When the day finally arrives, your wedding is a time for kicking-back and enjoying the festivities. To help you on your way we've brought you five of the best cocktail receipes for a summer garden wedding in the sun.

Cointreau Fizz

This light and refreshing cocktail will add glitz and glamour to that very special day and is the perfect alternative to welcome guests to the party.

  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Add 50ml of Cointreau, the juice of half a lime and top off with sparkling water
  3. Garnish with wedges of lime

  1. Add ice to a glass
  2. Pour muddled apple presse into the glass
  3. Top with soda
  4. Garnish with fresh mint and lime

Devil in a Blue Dress

Something to grab the guests attention just before the best man’s speech.

  1. Pour 40ml of Sailor Jerry into a cube ice-filled highball or hurricane glass
  2. Add 15ml of Summer’s Coming Syrup
  3. Pour 20ml of apple juice
  4. Pour 20ml of pineapple juice
  5. Squeeze 25ml of lime juice
  6. Add 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters
  7. Shake and strain all ingredients
  8.  Add marshmallow-filled lime husk
  9. Garnish with 10ml of Wray & Nephew and set on fire!

Tia Espresso Ice 

The ideal drink to help cool down the guests on a that (hopefully) hot summer's day.

  1. Add ice into a long glass
  2. Pour 50ml of Tia Maria into the glass
  3. Add 50ml of Tia Maria’s finest call espresso mix
  4. Add 30ml of milk

DISARONNO Sour

A perfect after dinner drink to help wash down the wedding cake and get your ready for the dancing that’s about to begin.

  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Pour 45 ml of Disaronno into the glass
  3. Pour 30 ml of fresh lemon juice
  4. Add a teaspoon of sugar
  5. Stir and garnish with lime slices
