There are so many little details to consider in the lead up to your wedding and your nails are no exception. Your hands make quite an appearance throughout your special day, from the exchanging of rings to holding the bouquet. Here are four ideas for your nails on your wedding day.  

Keep it simple 

Sometimes, the most tried and true colours are best. There’s a reason pinks and nude nail colours are still fashionable, even in 2022. If you want a low-key nail look to let your dress or bridal outfit really shine, opt for light colours. Look to beige tones and blushes that are similar to your natural nail colour, or consider a chic French manicure for a polished look.  

Fade out 

For a slight twist on neutral nails, opt for ombre colours. A gentle gradient of pink at the cuticles fading to white at the tips of your nails can provide a subtle yet playful impact to your wedding nails.  

For a pop of colour, try ombre nails in a deep navy fading to a baby blue or a rich plum fading to a blush pink.

Add small gems to your fingernails for that extra bit of sparkle on your special day, or opt to paint one of your nails in a shimmering gold or silver colour.

For a truly elegant manicure, consider adding an intricate pattern to your bridal nails. Look to nail art with simple patterns like a dainty floral motif or a fabric pattern that matches your dress, or even an elaborate leaf design.
