Revealed during a red carpet ceremony at Holiday Inn Norwich North, the winners of the 2018 Bride: The Wedding Awards have been announced.

Crowning a host of exceptional talent in the weddings industry, the awards - now in their second year - serve to celebrate, honour and reward the best businesses in Norfolk and Suffolk.

On the night guests enjoyed a drinks reception and entertainment from violinist Alison Sparrow, before a welcome address from Archant Bride editorial director, Joanne Goodwin, and Caroline Clarke of Marry in Norfolk. A delectable three-course meal was then followed by the prize giving, hosted by BBC presenter David Whiteley and winners announced by each respective category sponsor.

From florists to photographers, all finalists eagerly awaited each announcement with winners awarded a trophy and framed certificate on stage.

Also unveiled on the night was the winner of the Innovation Award sponsored by Marry in Norfolk and awarded to a business or individual who has introduced methods, ideas, or products that benefit the wider wedding community in Norfolk.

Emily Jupp of All About Shoes ft Milly J and Bridal Shoes by Milly J scooped the prize. She said: "What is really beautiful is that customers come to me to create something that is bespoke to them. For me and my mother, who is my wonderful investor, the award shows that people really believe in my art form. This year, the sky's the limit."
