Wedding Open Day at The Black Swan Hotel, Helmsley

    Helmsley, YO62 5BJ

This open day at The Black Swan Hotel offers couples the opportunity to view two of the hotel’s unique reception rooms, ‘The Garden Room’ and ‘The Gallery’, individually styled for a wedding reception for up to 50 and 90 guests respectively. This is a great opportunity to bring their own ideas for their dream wedding days to life, as well as meeting preferred suppliers and the friendly in-house team, including Wedding Coordinator, Nicola Bolden.

There are four reception rooms in total at the hotel: the Crosland Room, ideal for small weddings and sophisticated parties; the hotel’s restaurant ‘The Gallery’, the largest reception room, with a lovely garden-view window; the cosy and intimate Tudor Lounge; and the lovely Garden Room, with its access onto the hotel’s English walled gardens. Within the gardens is a locally hand-crafted oak gazebo, licensed for ‘al fresco’ ceremonies and perfect for making the most of an English summer wedding.

Preferred suppliers supporting the event include Emma Dodsworth photography, The Bridal Lounge Northallerton, The Yorkshire Chauffeur Company, Celebrate Country Cake Design, Grin & Share It-Open-Air Photo Booth, and musical entertainment. The events will also include opportunities for canapés and wine sampling from the hotel’s wedding packages. Entry is complimentary and the hotel offers free car parking.
