Grade II listed country house, Dewsall Court in Herefordshire, will be opening its doors to future brides and grooms for a special bridal open day. As an exclusive use home, the open day provides a unique opportunity for guests to get a taste of the idyllic estate in all its glory, and there will also be limited offers available for attendees.
The country house will be decorated as if a wedding were taking place, with help from Dewsall Court’s finest suppliers. Guided tours of the estate will be given throughout the day, from 10am until 5pm, and will need to be booked beforehand.
Dewsall Court provides the perfect setting for a bespoke country house wedding, located in 12 acres of beautiful gardens, against the backdrop of the Duchy of Cornwall countryside.
The stunning Wainhouse Barn, which has recently been refurbished, accommodates up to 175 guests, and friends and family can take over the entire house and grounds for their wedding weekend to make it completely bespoke. The house has 10 bedrooms, each with an individual, stylish decor, and there are a variety of spaces in the house including a conservatory, a library and a billiard room.
Civil ceremonies can be held inside or outside in the house’s grounds, or in Dewsall Court’s ancient church, located on the estate, which dates back to before Doomsday.
Dewsall Court also has a team of in-house chefs who will help create delicious food for your special day, as well as its own experienced wedding planners to advise and support those planning their wedding.
